Is the housing bubble about to burst in the Ofallon market?

2017 and another year of doubt for O’Fallon home sellers. Should you be putting  your house on the market ? Is this the year your going to get top dollar for your house? According to the latest stats from the MLS (Multiple Listing Service).  Days on market for houses in O’Fallon have been slashed by almost 50% from this time last year, with prices increasing as well! Meaning sellers our getting exactly what they want. Past years performances. Many O’Fallon sellers have seen this before when the market took off for the first 3 or 4 months at the start of the year.
