Bryan Vogt here. Whether young or old! Parks are great places to just get away from the everyday hustle of life and just relax and fun! And in our community, we have some amazing parks to do just that! On the real estate side having sold countless homes in the metro-east. I can tell you buyers just don’t buy homes they communities and if there is a park nearby. That often can be a deciding factor on what home they choose!

#1 Three Springs Park in Shiloh is a favorite for my grandkids. This huge park has lighted ball fields, tennis, and sand volleyball courts amazing walking trails just for starters. It also has a fantastic playground area. For the kids and the kids young at heart. Tons of soccer fields along with amazing walking paths. Beautifully maintained ball fields that the Cardinals would be happy to play on!
