Sellers have been enjoying great success in the marketplace as we speak!
Here are three examples
1. There are some that are listing one day and getting full price offers the same day!
2. There are other sellers that are getting multiple offers which usually means more money in their pocket!
3. And finally, there a few sellers that are asking a little bit more than where the market is and getting it!
Why? Three reasons!
1. Historic low interest rates that are available that buyers want to take advantage of!
2. A shortage of available homes in the entire Metro East Market!
3. Still more buyers available than houses. And yes, I have more than a few buyers myself looking for homes!
So why aren’t more sellers putting their houses on the market?
1. Most sellers do not know how good the market is!
2. Were in the start of a recession. I do not personally and professionally think it will last. But we are!
3. Were still in a pandemic! That is why I developed a system to keep my sellers safe. Even if they are working from home with their kids!
How long will this market last. Who knows. If there is one thing these past months have taught us! Things can change quickly
