Why is the weather so great in the St. Louis Metro east no matter what!
Hi everyone! Bryan Vogt here. And yes, it is a bit nippy right now with about 10 inches of snow on the ground and the temperature is about the same 10! Or is it minus 10 ah whatever I already can’t feel my toes anyway!
So why is the weather always great in the St. Louis and metro-east no matter what!
Because we rarely have this type of weather but when we do there are so many ways in the area you and your entire family can enjoy it!
But first, you need to get up off the couch and go outside even if means losing a toe or two. They grow back right?
Anyway! Now is your chance to take the kid’s tubing at High mount grade school a favorite for the locals for decades!
Or take the grandkids Sledding at the world-famous Art Hill in St Louis
Or be a kid yourself by making snow angels.
Go ice skating at the famous Steinburg rink located in Forrest Park.
Having snowball fights with your friends or your enemies!
Make a gigantic snowman with your family!
Be like my neighbor and Go cross country skiing in your neighborhood! How cool would that be?
But whatever you do be safe and don’t stay outside forever are you will end up like this guy!
Now some of you might be saying their many other parts of the country where you can do the same things! And to that, I would say we have one major advantage over the rest of the country!
Just like we have the best
restaurants
nightlife
school’s
business
parks
and much more! I’m going to let you in on a little secret. We also have the best snow anywhere! Why? Because it makes the most perfect snowball!
So make sure you enjoy this weather were having with your kids or your grandkids. Or just the kid that’s still inside you. And
